If people do not wish to access the service “right now” follow ups to be done to see if support is required. Follow up information will be provided at inquests including on support available to access.

The Contract will be for a term of three years with the opportunity to extend for two years subject to mutual agreement between the successful Bidder and the Authority. The maximum term of Contract is consequently five years.


NHS South Yorkshire ICB Rotherham Place are agreeing longer term contracts to reduce the administrative burden of constant re procurements and offer further stability to providers. However, it should be noted that the awarding of the contract is not a guarantee of future work.

Beyond the initial activity profile, which is provided in the documents and confirmed at tender stage for the first 12 months of the Contract, all future year’s activity will be agreed on an annual basis dependent on demand / system capacity, ongoing developments and actual funding availability at that time.

The available budget which must not be exceeded is £150,000 per annum. Up to £750,000 over the lifetime of the Contract.
