NHS Norfolk and Waveney ICB Community Youth Work Pathway

This notice is for Prior Information only. NHS Norfolk and Waveney ICB will seek the provision of Community based youth work (for 11-18 year olds, up to 25 where there are additional vulnerabilities), providing in-reach support to secondary schools, family hubs, and primary care settings. The service will provide youth work to support the mental health and wellbeing of young people delivered both in groups and one to one. Work will be based on mutually agreed goals with opportunities for regular review and adaptation. The service will become embedded in community networks such as schools, family hubs, Primary Care Networks, and Voluntary, Charity, and Social Enterprise organisations to ensure that young people have full access to local support and opportunities. Youth participation will be central to the design and development of the service from start to finish. The provider of this project will commit to working collaboratively with children and young people's mental health (CYPMH) and wider health, education and care system partners and adopt a Thrive approach for CYP accessing mental health (MH) services Additional information: This notice is for Prior Information only and you are not required to do anything at this stage. It is anticipated the Commissioner will advertise a market engagement session which we anticipate will be held around September 2023.with the full procurement to be advertised Mid-September 2023.
