Payment obligations depend on the applicable regime and contract. Consult the official documents.
Coverage: 0 active published awards; 0 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

NHS Arden & GEM (AGEM) CSU are on behalf of NHS England and Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire (BSW) Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) seeking an experienced provider to deliver a 24/7 Care Package of support in the Community for an individual with complex care needs. The individual is currently in the care of the Ministry of Defence rehabilitation centre with provision once the care package is in place, of a two bedroom property in Wiltshire specifically adapted for patients with spinal cord injury (C4 complete spinal injury Quadraplegia, Anterior/posterior C4-5 fixation) and includes environmental controls. The initial contract will be with NHS England with the anticipation that this will novate to the CCG once the individual is discharged from the Armed Forces. The initial contract term will likely to be for 3 years with a commencement date to be agreed. Details on the contract conditions will be available in the next stage of the process. The preferred provider is expected to commence mobilisation following contract award (which includes training and upskilling of staff who will provide care) to ensure service commences as soon as possible. It is expected that the individual will be moved to a large bungalow within Wiltshire in around 20 months time and the care package would follow the individual. The care package prescription requires the service provider to offer the following: • 1 Carer 24/7x365 on a non-waking night’s basis. • 1 Carer for 4hrs a day, 4 days a week. Further details on the care prescription will be provided as part of the next stage of the Procurement process expected to commence later in August 2021. If you would like to express an interest in this opportunity, you will need to register on the Arden GEM EU Supply website at the following location: https://uk.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=UK and complete the Expression of Interest form. The form should be submitted by the closing date of 12.00 noon on 19 August 2021. The reference is 45598 - AG26102 - NHS England - CHC Domiciliary Care. At the Commissioner’s discretion, only providers who evidence that they meet the above requirements and the criteria detailed in the EoI form will be taken through to the next round of the procurement process. Due to the time constraints for this process, you will be notified of your organisation’s inclusion in the next stage in a timely manner. Additional information: Please note this PIN is being used as a call for competition and no further notices will be published.
