## Description
To comply with current statutory fire regulations / codes and recommended fire protection measures. Works will include replacement fire doors and fire protection to means of escape, the provision of related signage, sundry repairs and upgrading works including fire detection and alarm systems to provide ongoing safety and protection of residents.
Please note that this is not a tender notice and at this stage the tender documents are not available. This notice is a pipeline notice published under section 93 of the Procurement Act 2023 with the intention of advising interested suppliers of a future procurement
