## Description
The Associate of North East Councils Trading as the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) is seeking to establish a sole supplier Framework for the provision of Events Management and Infrastructure services for use by contracting authorities throughout the United Kingdom.
NEPO529 - Events Management and Infrastructure will operate as a neutral vendor managed service. The neutral vendor will not provide Events Management and Infrastructure services in its own right but will facilitate the sourcing and selection of suitable suppliers under the Framework Contract. The neutral vendor will manage a perpetual supply chain capable of meeting the scope of the Framework Contract, acting with neutrality at all times.
