We have a commissioning plan underway to have a new contracting process in place for this service from May 2025.  Minor adaptations are defined in the Care Act 2014 as home adaptations costing £1,000 or less. Minor adaptations are not means-tested, individuals who are 'prescribed' minor adaptations receive them without any financial needs assessment.
