The lighthouse tower is fixed to the skerries extruding from the sea and the primary means of access to the lighthouse station is by boat from Tayinloan. We require the following works a this lighthouse: 1.Mobilise and take possession of site. 2.Set up site and ensure workplace is secure. 3.Install access steps. 4.Install all safety gate and handrails. 5.Install kick-plate to platform handrails. 6.Prepare and decorate tower and foundation, with appropriate external paint specification. 7.Snagging list and handover to NLV staff. 8.Demobilise site.
