Coverage: 97 active published awards; 93 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Glasgow City HSCP have undertaken a review of Accommodation Based Mental Health services and identified gaps in service provision. We are in the process of developing a Mental Health Framework which will go out to tender next year, 2023. We are keen to share the findings of the review and hear what your ideas are on what services we should be developing. We want to chat about the challenges of finding the right support and accommodation, particularly for people with a Forensic Mental Health background, people under 65 with nursing care needs and young people in transition to adult care services and how we can help to alleviate these challenges.
