## Description
This is a Preliminary market engagement (PME) where the tender documentation is not yet available.
The authority seeks to establish a multi-supplier, multi-lot framework for the provision of Materials Supply & Merchant services, for its members and other Public Sector Contracting Bodies across the UK.
