The Contracting Authority is issuing this Prior Information Notice (PIN) as a Briefing Notice and invitation to attend a potential provider event to engage with the market and to gather information to gain a better understanding of both the capacity and appetite of the market in delivering ToP CCM services and to alert the market to a possible future opportunity. It is important to note that this PIN/Briefing Notice is not a call for competition, however, potential providers must respond to this invitation to participate in the future selection process. All potential providers are strongly encouraged to attend the provider engagement event, however, those unable to attend will still have to the opportunity to review the Briefing Pack, submit questions, request a 1:2:1, and participate in the future selection process so long as they respond to this invitation.
