Lot 2 – Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) Contractor – Predominantly in relation to either large plant replacement, or large scale replacement of for instance light fittings, or distribution pipework but may also cover simple external and internal refurbishment works. With an estimated total value of LSHTM capital projects over the life of the Framework of between £15,000,000 and £63,000,000 GBP based on up to £60,000,000 for lot 1 and up to £3,000,000 for lot 2.
