There is an option for a further extension period for up to two additional years to 31st August 2031. Key requirements are: a single contract across the thirteen entities (12 schools and the Trust), provision of the necessary software to meet our technical requirements and the provision of a user-accessible help desk, portal and remote access within agreed hours. The Trust requires a completely cloud based finance system solution compatible with both Microsoft and Google. The solution must be DFE Chart of Accounts compliant, have comprehensive financial transaction, search capability, transaction and journal capability, with seamless links between finance and budgeting modules.
