LoRaWAN gateways (Multitech IP67, Lorix One and a RACK unit (sim cards) with public access) have been installed on all sites. All gateways are visible on the Things Network, there are also two sensors available at each site including Elsys.se ESM5k (Temp, Humidity, Light) and Elsys.se ELT-2-i (Soil & Air Temp). We need technical support to maintain the network of gateways across the demonstration site network, responsibilities include; 1. Provide maintenance including updating software and firmware on gateways and sensors as required (for reference detail of the gateways have been listed in this document previously) 2. Remotely monitor the network of gateways for issues and errors 3. Ensure all gateways are operational and communicating with sensors 4. If there are any maintenance or repairs needed the service provider would be expected to provide a report to Farming Connect on the services required and the estimated costs for undertaking the work (within the following timeline, respond to the issue within 48hrs, rectify the issue within 5 working days). 5. Offer on farm technical support (see map of all demonstration sites) and advice to Farming Connect staff and host farmers, this will also involve working with other organisations that collect and analyse data from the LoRaWAN infrastructure. 6.
