This is not an invitation to tender. The service will deliver outcome focused Care & Well-being Support service for residents of Havering living in the three Extra Care housing schemes; 1) Paines Brook Court, Harold Hill, 2) St Ethelburga Court, Harold Wood 3) Dreywood Court, Gidea Park. This contract falls under the Care Act 2014. An extra care housing scheme is a group of flats built on the same site, providing specialised accommodation with care and support services on hand 24 hours a day.
