Coverage: 53 active published awards; 53 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Suffolk County Councils Strategy is to commission care from Locality Framework Providers only. The reopening of the Framework, therefore, provides the opportunity for new and existing spot providers to join the Framework. After the award of the Framework Suffolk County Council will be actively reducing its reliance on spot providers. It is, therefore, crucial that existing spot providers consider applying to join the Framework.
