## Description
The Customer requires Subscription Agent Services to provide:
* a centralised and fully managed service, dealing with all day-to-day administration of managing Publications & Subscriptions;
* visibility and control in these Publications & Subscriptions;
* control of costs and maximise savings and efficiencies;
* consolidation and reduction of Supplier invoices and payments;
* access to meaningful MI Reporting for the spend, usage and resources;
* 24hr response to queries with updates on progress;
* A dedicated account manager;
* A System to manage subscriptions, retrieve MI, monitor claims 24/7 access;
* ability to invoice different business areas separately; and
* all current print and electronic subscriptions.
