The Level 2 Inpatient Neurological Rehabilitation Service will provide rehabilitation & care for people with neurological disease or injury. This centres around enabling people to achieve optimal functional levels and the best possible quality of life. This will be achieved through the application of a holistic person-centred approach to rehabilitation & care which is integrated seamlessly with all other health and social care services. The Service is looking to establish a list of approved providers, across the 4 Lots, who can deliver high quality services to the different cohorts of service users.
