## Description
The new framework will provide a complimentary leadership, management and personal effectiveness learning and development curriculum offer, which will be used by all EA employees, accommodating hybrid working and key sustainability needs.  The new framework will enable a number of suppliers to be present on each Lot, providing a competitive and resilient approach.
