It consists of Boston Borough Council, East Lindsey District Council, and South Holland District Council. These councils work together to be more efficient, secure funding, and tackle important issues while keeping their own decision-making powers. The Partnership is undertaking a coordinated procurement exercise to commission three distinct sector studies. These studies will inform future economic and spatial development strategies within each Council region.
