## Description
The scope of the PQQ is the delivery of a suitable IT solution that will extract event logs and
use them to generate visualizations and other output that give a full picture of any
bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or gaps in SSE's processes. This should also offer the capability
to fix processing issues through system generated actions and automations
