## Description
Inclusion offers the service at Pharmacies throughout the Isle of Wight without restriction.  Service users have free choice of which pharmacy they visit. If a pharmacy does not have a contract in place they can approach Inclusion at any time and a contract will be issued.  The provider requirements are standard for the day to day operation of any pharmacy including presence of a qualified pharmacist on site
