Prior to initiating the procurement the PONI, CPD wishes to establish the level of market interest in participating in the procurement process. The purpose of the document, which is a Pre-Engagement Information Memorandum and Questionnaire, is to seek advice/ information from organisations who may wish to tender via the procurement process.
