Scope. The scope of this ‘Expression of Interest’ covers the following key requirements: Software for the management of resourcing and onboarding employees for Orbit Group Ltd Potential suppliers who have the capability to fulfil each of the below key requirements, are invited to express their interest: 1. The solution/s must be delivered within or be capable of integrating with Microsoft Dynamics 365 2. The solution/s must provide management of the full recruitment and onboarding processes including: a. Support the entire applicant tracking lifecycle b. Support new employees through to the end of onboarding c. CV parsing and anonymised CVs d. Support posting of jobs to multiple job boards e. Recruiting portal and website integration Potential suppliers who respond to the PIN will be contacted week commencing 5 July 2021 for an initial introduction where Orbit shall discuss in more detail its objectives and requirements to allow potential suppliers the opportunity to verify that their proposed solution meets the key requirements. Potential Suppliers will be afforded the opportunity to opt-out after initial conversations should they decide that their proposed solution cannot meet the key requirements. Following this conversation Orbit may issue a questionnaire and or host interviews to explore the market potential to fulfil these requirements. Responding to this PIN will not automatically lead to invitations to the supplier engagement activities, Orbit specific requirements must be considered when responding. Currently there is no need to register for the tendering process but responding to the PIN allows the Contracting Authority (Orbit) to keep you continuously informed about the activities relating to appointing a supplier for ‘Software for the management of recruitment and onboarding processes’ At this current time, it is envisaged that this opportunity will be tendered however, this in no way guarantees that any subsequent tender will be carried out. Inclusion of any potential supplier in any supplier engagement entails no obligation on the part of the Contracting Authority concerning the award or conclusion of any contract or order. All ‘Expressions of Interest’ must be submitted through the Orbit Pro-Contract ‘Housing Procurement Portal’ (https://www.housingprocurement.com) by fully completing and uploading the document attached to the portal ‘Orbit Group EOI Response — HR Resourcing and Onboarding Software June 2021’ by no later than 12pm 30 June 2021.
