## Description
This notice relates to a preliminary market consultation.  The Restoration and Renewal Delivery Authority Ltd (Delivery Authority) has developed outline options and an emerging Procurement Strategy that considers the approach for the design and procurement for the refurbishment of the QEII Building to accommodate the House of Lords for any necessary period of vacancy during delivery of the Palace of Westminster Restoration and Renewal Programme (R&R Programme). 
As part of the ongoing development of the procurement strategy for the QEII Building refurbishment works, the Delivery Authority wishes to gather the views of companies that may be interested in this project.
