The works are the overhaul and refurbishment of the House of Lords & Royal Gallery Cast Iron Roofs.  UK Parliament is looking for cast iron specialists with demonstrable experience that they have the capability and expertise to carry out the works which will comprise of;•	Removal, refurbishment/replacement, fabricating and re-installation of cast iron roof components•	In-situ repair of the supporting cast and wrought iron structure•	Removal of asbestos from roof voids (where practical and cost effective)•	Removal of redundant services from roof voids (where practical and cost effective)•	Limited, urgent Health & Safety risk mitigation stone repairs•	Downpipe repairs   •	Repair of abutting flat asphalt roofs•	Installation of safe access system
