## Description
Homes England is issuing this pipeline notice for a potential works contract at Northstowe.
Northstowe work package 5 (phase 3a1 and 3a2) Infrastructure works contract will consist of enabling, earthworks and strategic engineering, inclusive of drainage, utilities, infrastructure and permanent highways within phase 3A1 & 3A2, to deliver parcels for onward disposal.
Please note this is a pipeline notice only and there is no further information at this time.
