## Description
NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, Procurement Services on behalf of Health Education & Improvement Wales is seeking to commission a NHS Wales Graduate Programme over a 2-year period which will assist participants in developing an understanding of compassionate & collective leadership, effective management as well as increasing capacity to effect service improvement.
