## Description
The Council owns approximately 2,000 land and property assets with around 530 being operational service properties such as libraries, fire stations, day care centres, waste management centres, offices, etcSome of these assets are vacant/void and do not have a staff presence on site.Not all sites require all security services e.g. some may only require key holding and some may have existing CCTV arrangements in place that will not be transferring to the new contract.The Council is looking to procure a new Security contract from 1st October 2023 and is therefore carrying out this pre-procurement market engagement (PPME) to inform its tender documents and requirements.Support the Council and provide services where necessary in relation to Martyn’s law.Please log in to https://in-tendhost.co.uk/supplyhertfordshire/aspx/Home to review the PPME Document for full details
