Coverage: 29 active published awards; 28 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The GMCA is commissioning the provision of a night-time welfare support service to vulnerable people within Manchester’s Gay Village night-time economy. Greater Manchester has one of the best nightlife scenes in the UK, and we are keen to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to enjoy it in a safe way. This service is to be focussed on providing support to vulnerable individuals in and around the Gay Village area of Manchester on a Friday and Saturday evening. The service will be expected to, in partnership with licensed premises and emergency services, support those that are most vulnerable, and therefore at greatest risk of becoming the victim of a crime.
