    Bristol City Council is engaging the market ahead of issuing a Hard Facilities Management (FM) procurement and wish to invite contractors to a virtual supplier's information event on Thursday 11th July 2024 from 10:00 to 11:30. We recommend this event is attended by any prospective bidders. The purpose of the event is to engage the FM market in advance of issuing a formal ITT by providing early information and background to our requirements and gain an understanding of the market capacity / capability to deliver the scope of requirement. We intend to discuss the scope as well as providing an overview of the planned procurement and contracting approach.
