Translink intends to appoint four (4) (excluding ties) Suppliers to this Framework. The Business Support Services that Translink are looking for are inclusive of the following but not limited too: Cost and Commercial, Programme and Project Management, Specialist advice and expertise in relation to Building Information Modelling (BIM), including the provision of CAD specialists, Specialist infrastructure project resources e.g. geotechnical / structural / permanent way / signalling / telecoms / systems / civil engineering, Specialist, advice and expertise in relation to Asset management, to include database development / support, Specialist advice and expertise in relation to Competency Management, including establishing training and audits, Specialist advice and expertise in relation to Interface management , Specialist advice and expertise in relation to IT systems and software, to include Microsoft Office, Microsoft Sharepoint and Power BI, Specialist advice and expertise in relation to stakeholder management, Development and delivery of training, Independent facilitation of workshops (e.g. lessons learned), Administrative support.
