The training will aim to highlight: Understanding of statutory responsibilities for ECC relating to environment & carbon agendas. Current and upcoming legislation and policies in a digestible way relevant to each service area. Green book guidance on climate & environment issues. Risks and Opportunities attached to sustainability, carbon management and climate resilience. How commissioning for carbon management, and understanding climate risks, enables informed decision-making on best value long term investment and service design.
