Brunelcare is looking for a reliable, experienced lift contractor to keep its lifts safe and running across 55 assets at 20 sites in Bristol and Somerset. Many of these sites are care homes and extra care schemes, where residents depend on their lifts every day. Fast response, a high first-time fix rate and clear communication are essential. Brunelcare is a Bristol-based charity providing high-quality housing, care and support for later living in the South West. This is a fully comprehensive contract lift maintenance and repairs. It covers planned maintenance, 24/7 emergency call-out, all repairs and parts, and testing, for one fixed annual price per lift. Brunelcare is undertaking an Open Procedure to select a suitable Supplier to deliver the Fully Comprehensive Lift Maintenance and Repairs Contract to commence on 1st April 2027 (five (5) year contract term).
