This procurement was conducted in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and is let in accordance with Chapter 3 and Schedule 3 (Social and other specific services) of the Regulations. The Framework Agreement is let for an initial term of three (3) years. The contracting authority, at its absolute sole discretion, may exercise an option to extend the Framework Agreement at the end of the initial term for a further one (1) year period, subject to the terms of the Framework Agreement and satisfactory performance of the framework providers.
