## Description
The Contractor for the new Monklands Hospital (under separate procurement) will be required to provide and install a system which can dispose of all food waste generated on the site. In order for NHS Lanarkshire to provide a specification to the contractor for the Food Waste System, NHS Lanarkshire would like to have dialogue with the market to understand what is available.
