    "description": "The ITT is to procure a specialist 3rd Party Programme Management Contractor (PMC) to support BEIS in the design, management and successful delivery of a Flexibility Innovation Programme within the BEIS Net Zero Innovation Portfolio (NZIP). This programme aims to enable widespread electricity system flexibility through smart,  secure, & accessible technologies & markets. We expect the Programme to be a substantial part of the at least £100m Energy Storage & Flexibility Challenge set out in the PM’s 10 Point Plan for a Green Industrial Revolution.  \nBEIS will require support in the programme design, launch & project management, founded on recognised technical expertise in the following areas: \n•Integration & interoperability of DSR systems;\n•Standards & specifications related to smart energy systems;\n•V2X tech\n•Smart Metering\n•Low Income & Vulnerable\n•Data & Digitisation\n•Digital Solutions\n•Markets for Flexibility\n•Moving from lab scale to real world demonstrator settings",
