The appointed adviser will support the development of evidence-based analysis and recommendations, undertake assessment of public, private and hybrid funding and financing approaches, support market engagement activities, and provide advice to inform future government decisions. The adviser will be expected to assess the advantages, disadvantages, risks, opportunities and enabling conditions associated with different approaches.
