The contract is being awarded following a further competition under the GCA Media and Creative Services, RM6364 framework agreement. The scope of the contract includes the planning, management and delivery of in-person, hybrid and virtual events, including project management, delegate management, logistics, creative and production support, on-site event delivery and post-event reporting. The supplier will provide a professional, responsive and scalable service capable of supporting events of varying size, complexity and frequency, while demonstrating value for money and consistent service quality. The supplier will work collaboratively with OS and ensure compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory and policy requirements, including health and safety, accessibility, data protection and sustainability obligations.
