## Description
Evelina London is a Clinical Group of Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust (GSTT) and in 2012embarked on a staged programme of capital development that is referred to throughout as theEvelina London Expansion Programme (EEP or ‘the “Programme”). Part of this programme is thedevelopment of a new 13-storey building (2 basement levels & 11 above ground floors), as anextension to the current Evelina London Children’s Hospital (ELCH) and the reconfiguration of theexisting ELCH. The appointed contractor will be responsible for Main Contract Works on the TriangleSite, a circa 0.78-acre plot located to the south of the London Evelina Children’s Hospital, frontingonto Lambeth Palace Road.
