As part of International Group (Intl Gp), the Defence Centre for Language and Culture (DCLC), hereon referred to as the Authority, contributes to this vision through the delivery of English Language Training (ELT) to overseas military personnel in preparation for attendance at flagship UK Staff courses and as part of a wider Defence Engagement (DE) agenda.
