EA also has. the right to move values from and between lots but however the overarching value of the Framework Agreement of £2m will not be. exceeded. This framework is let by the Northern Ireland Education Authority (“EA”) and is open to the EA, including NI educational bodies. as follows and at some point during the life of the Framework these bodies may wish to utilise the agreement and should have access,. at any point, with the permission of EA. This agreement is not intended to replace any current agreements that participating or non participating institutions may already have in place. Should any of these bodies opt to use the framework, they must be able to avail of. the services on the same terms as EA. The Contractor will be required to agree the detailed arrangements with any such participants. and set up and maintain separate accounts for each. Primary and Post Primary. schools under the control of the EA, Catholic Maintained Schools, Independent Schools in NI, Irish Medium Schools in NI, both Controlled. and, Voluntary Grammar Schools, Nursery School for NI (both controlled and Catholic Maintained), school meals kitchens on-site at all. of these schools, and Controlled Youth Centres. Further Education. Colleges in NI. Grant Controlled Integrated Education Schools in NI.. Independent School in NI. Libraries NI: . EA Teachers’ and Educational. Centres. "description": "There is no commitment given as to the usage, volume, or value of services required under this Framework Agreement. EA also has. the right to move values from and between lots but however the overarching value of the Framework Agreement of £2m will not be. exceeded. This framework is let by the Northern Ireland Education Authority (“EA”) and is open to the EA, including NI educational bodies. as follows and at some point during the life of the Framework these bodies may wish to utilise the agreement and should have access,. at any point, with the permission of EA. This agreement is not intended to replace any current agreements that participating or non participating institutions may already have in place. Should any of these bodies opt to use the framework, they must be able to avail of. the services on the same terms as EA. The Contractor will be required to agree the detailed arrangements with any such participants. and set up and maintain separate accounts for each. Primary and Post Primary. schools under the control of the EA, Catholic Maintained Schools, Independent Schools in NI, Irish Medium Schools in NI, both Controlled. and, Voluntary Grammar Schools, Nursery School for NI (both controlled and Catholic Maintained), school meals kitchens on-site at all. of these schools, and Controlled Youth Centres. EA also has the right to move values from and between lots but however the overarching value of the Framework Agreement of £2m will not be exceeded. This framework is let by the Northern Ireland Education Authority (“EA”) and is open to the EA, including NI educational bodies as follows and at some point during the life of the Framework these bodies may wish to utilise the agreement and should have access, at any point, with the permission of EA. This agreement is not intended to replace any current agreements that participating or non-participating institutions may already have in place. Should any of these bodies opt to use the framework, they must be able to avail of the services on the same terms as EA.
