What is being bought

The purpose of this RFI/PIN is to: • engage with the supply market and understand the level of interest in bidding for this potential future opportunity. • allow suppliers who are interested in any potential future tender activity relating to this requirement to be aware of the procurement platform that will be used and provide them with the steps to complete qualification to this platform (should they not have already done so). The RFI seeks to engage with the supply base and request information relating to the existing solutions available in the market, specifically this RFI will look to address the following areas: 1. EAP Service: to provide an industry leading employee assistance programme [EAP] and robust critical incident response service to support the health and wellbeing of our employees, whilst effectively managing the organisational risk relating to reduced worker performance, incapacity, and sickness absence levels. 2. Psychological Service: to provide specialist psychological services that provides assessment and ongoing care for individuals with mental ill health, psychological disorders and mental health needs associated with increased risks; impairment to functioning and/or complex problems and who may have difficulties engaging in support and treatment. More information on the scope and how to express an interest can be found via the opportunity listing that has been published on BravoNR https://networkrail.bravosolution.co.uk/web/login.html. The opportunity listing can be found by clicking on 'view current opportunities' and is under the heading #37702 - EAP and Psychological Services'. Benchmarked against retained Find a Tender procedures with CPV division 85. The category anchor is Health and social work services (85000000); this is a deliberately broad market comparator. The comparison is shown at several levels rather than pretending one company or region is always the best benchmark.

Indicative price outcome

£2,081,918 is the median lowest-valid-bid benchmark for the broad CPV market sample, against this procedure’s published value of £3,200,000.

This is a historical comparator, not a bid-price forecast or a guaranteed saving. It excludes records where the published values cannot be sensibly compared and does not adjust for lot structure, quality weighting, framework terms or scope.
