Scope Overview:
To provide cleaning services to Council owned buildings. The services have been split into the following Lots (bidders can apply for as many as they are capable of):
Lot 1 - Commercial Window Cleaning
Lot 2 – Specialist Render/EWI Cleaning
Lot 3 – Gutter Clearance and Fascia Cleaning.
See Appendix B – Outcome Specification for further details.
