What is being bought
NHS Shared Business Services act in an Agency capacity for and on behalf of its customers (Approved Organisations) - existing and new. These comprise of NHS and Social Care organisations (whether acting individually, or on behalf of, or together as members of any consortia) along with any other public or private sector bodies which NHS SBS authorises to use the resulting Framework. NHS Shared Business Services Limited (NHS SBS) has put in place a Framework Agreement for the provision of Modular Buildings and related Goods and Services for Healthcare to be used by NHS SBS Approved Organisations. The Modular Buildings 3 Framework Agreement will provide Approved Organisations with a compliant route to market to purchase, hire, or lease Modular Buildings. The majority of the building will be constructed in a controlled factory environment before being delivered, offloaded, and incorporated into the works on a prepared site. The Modular Buildings 3 Framework Agreement will be a nationwide Framework Agreement providing buildings which are to be used in healthcare, education, residential, and the wider public sector.
