A key part of the policy paper will concern the government conducting a review of economic regulator's duties in 2022. To inform this review, we need to commission an analytical study into regulators' duties in telecoms, energy and water. The study will assess how well regulators have been meeting their existing duties,  the effectiveness of existing duties, what impact has resulted from new duties being introduced, and recommend areas the government review should focus on.\nBEIS intends using the CCS Research Market place framework agreement for this opportunity and so if you're not registered on this framework please follow the link https://www.crowncommercial.gov.uk/agreements/RM6018, do allow for up to 3 weeks for registration.
