## Description
WCBC is establishing the DPS to provide a compliant procurement route for the execution of Childcare Provision – Flying Start/Non Maintained Funded Early Education. The DPS will provide an unlimited number of suitably qualified and experienced Childcare Providers (referred to as Potential Providers).
