## Description
Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council are seeking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Passenger Transport Services in Neath Port Talbot County Borough and surrounding areas.
Once established, it is anticipated that the DPS will run for an initial period of 10 years (with an option to extend for a further period of up to 5 years).
All Operators established on the DPS will be invited to participate in mini-competitions during the duration of the DPS providing they continually meet the selection criteria.
