The purpose of this procurement is to establish a DPS for the provision of Transportation Services for Adults, Children, Looked After Children and Young People with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The term of the contract is for 4 years with the possibility of an optional 3-year extension. The intention is that the DPS is an entirely electronic process and routes will be awarded to providers on the DPS using reverse E-auction. The Council makes no guarantee of business / business volumes.
