SBC are seeking a contractor to design and build the first phase of the Wichelstowe Community Sports Hub. The budget for the works is fixed and is a made up of a combination of grant and S106 funding. As such the full scheme will not all be delivered in this first Phase. It is anticipated that the Phase 1 works will include groundworks, pavilion, car park, drainage, footpaths and an element of play.
