## Description
The Authority is seeking accommodation services in the West Midlands for people on probation and is seeking to launch a competition using the Probation Services Dynamic Framework. We are seeking at least 50% single units and up to four-bed houses of multiple occupancy (HMOs), with a view to converting at least 35% of them into assured shorthold tenancy agreements. People on probation should be supported for up to 56 nights or, in the alternative, receive assistance in their rent deposit (or any outstanding rental arrears) where this poses a barrier to being accommodated. This also includes emergency accommodation. 
This PIN is simply to invite potential bidders to provide information by way of a Request for Information form which can be obtained by e-mailing the probationdynamicframework@justice.gov.uk. This contains three very brief questions but will be instructive in our deciding whether or not to go to tender.
